Rhonel Roberts: Creativity in Color

We are thrilled to announce a collaboration between the Presidio Theatre and San Francisco’s iconic 111 Minna Gallery to showcase Bay Area and national artists at the Presidio Theatre.

This collaboration brings together the vibrant history of 111 Minna Gallery—a cornerstone of the local art scene for over 30 years—with the Presidio Theatre’s commitment to showcasing the arts. Curated, owned, and operated by Michelle Delaney, 111 Minna Gallery has long been a hub for contemporary local artists, community activations, and unforgettable events.

The new series launches with the work of Rhonel Roberts, a native Californian and 35-year-San Francisco resident. Known for his vivid and soulful depictions of the city’s landmarks and communities, Rhonel’s art is a celebration of San Francisco’s unique spirit.

Join us at the Presidio Theatre on Wednesday, February 12 from 6:00pm-8:00pm for a free opening party to celebrate the installation with a cocktail reception and an artist talk with Rhonel Roberts, hosted by Matthew Gyves.
